RENTAL FEES
The minimum rental fee for four hours is $400 and $100 for each additional hour. A deposit of $175 is required; $75 will be retained for cleaning of the bathrooms, floors, and kitchen countertops.
Renters are allowed time to decorate prior to their events for no cost.
We request you take all food and party trash and place them in the outside trash bins.
